Are all of your products in stock?

We endeavour to retain sufficient stock of all items but in the event of running very low or out of stock a message will be displayed under the price on the product detail page.

Can I purchase other Faultless products from you?

Please have a look at our NEWS page where we invite our customers to suggest other items they would like us to stock.  Dependent on whether or not we have already registered them under CLP legislation we might be able to include them on our next shipment.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We do provide an option for you to purchase Bon Ami products in an eco-friendly card box.  This is of special interest to customers who suffer MCS, multi chemical sensitivity.

I live in the EU but not in the UK, can I order your products?

We can take secure payment via SagePay over the telephone in GBP.  Before we do that we will supply you with a quotation for shipping and send you an e-invoice before taking payment information from you. 

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.
